Responsibilities

  • Design, configure and support SAP SuccessFactors to meet stakeholder's requirements.
  • Provide guidance of best practices to users and team.
  • Business requirement gathering and ability to identify areas of improvement or gaps.
  • Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate requirements.
  • Conduct end user training, perform unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Drive the execution of project plans including meeting project milestones, quality and business sign-off.
  • Documentation and development of user guide.
  • Production go-live support of assigned SuccessFactors modules.
  • Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts to assigned modules.
  • Develop best practice, processes, and standards.
  • Design and manage data accessibility/security matrix for organization.  

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science with 1-3 years Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance/Goal Management (PMGM), Compensation, Succession, Career Development Plan (CDP) in at least 3 implementations.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency contract employment.
