Responsibilities

Able to use the right tools and execute task instructions in accordance with maintenance manuals.
Perform scheduled Preventive and Corrective maintenance tasks.
Perform root cause analysis.
Perform system and cybersecurity patches.
Involve in tech refresh activities.
Process and execution of configuration, asset and change management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., MCSE, RHCE) preferred.
Experience in managing enterprise Linux (SUSE Linux) and Windows server environments in a complex IT infrastructure.
Strong understanding of high availability and fault-tolerant system architectures, with experience in clustering, load balancing, and failover mechanisms.
Hands-on experience with SQL database maintenance.
Familiarity with network protocols, monitoring, remote administration, routing, switching, and firewall configuration, particularly with Palo Alto, McAfee, and Checkpoint appliances.
Experience with SAN storage solutions and storage area networks (SAN).
Knowledge of Microsemi NTP (Network Time Protocol) for time synchronization across network devices.
Possess problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
