Responsibilities

  • Oversee the data management, HR payment(non-payroll) and claims administration functions in HR Shared Services. 
  • Serve as the Data Steward for HR system (Employee Central, Onboarding & Claims) in ensuring data accuracy & integrity. 
  • Serve as the Product Owner for Pfile Digitalization and oversee vendors, payment and Pfile server related matters. 
  • Accountable for SLA deliverables and achievement of division workplan. 
  • Lead projects, streamline processes and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Proactively engage stakeholders on service-related matters. 
  • Promote the HR Shared Services values in Quality, Efficiency, and Service.

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of relevant HR experience (including 5 years or more leadership experience). 
  • Strong HR system, MS Office, SharePoint knowledge. 
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies. 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. 
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizing skills and able to handle complex issues independently. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills. 
  • Exhibit strong people management skills and competent in motivating and developing team(s)
