Requirements
- 4–7 years of software testing experience with at least 2+ years in a Test Lead role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail).
- Excellent skills in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple testing efforts across releases.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
