Responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs
- Analyze business processes
- Develop reports and strategic analysis of business processes
- Translate business requirements into technical specification
- Involved in programming or development scope of work
- Enhance or adapt existing or proposed systems within an organization with the purpose of improving business efficiency and productivity
- Plan activities involving the examination and documentation of technical requirements for new solutions to be created and user needs analysis
- Analyse the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems, translates technical requirements into system specifications and writes test cases
- Develop documentation and guides for the use of new or enhanced systems
- Manage analysis projects, open-minded and innovative in exploring new and alternative solutions to optimise systems
- Able to engage and support others in the team, and readily put forth ideas in a clear and compelling manner
- Manage risks associated with solution integration
- Facilitate change management
- Provide timely and accurate project progress information
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
- Functional Knowledge in SAP Material Management or WMS
- Domain knowledge in supply chain such as order management, transport management and inventory management is preferred
- Experience in solution implementation, knowledge in integration with ERP and/or 3rd party systems is a plus
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to articulate technical details to outsourced vendors
- Able to communicate issues and status clearly to different levels of business stakeholders and users
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
