Responsibilities

  • To provide support for managed services to client on Microsoft Office 365 services. This role includes managing Exchange online environment, MS Intune and migration from Exchange on-premises to Exchange online.
  • To support migration to Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft O365 services, administrate O365 services and provide on-going support to clients.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in computer science, information management or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operational roles.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge and proficiency for Office 365 suite. *MS Exchange Online *MS Endpoint Manager for mobile devices and laptops/desktop *Date loss protection and Azure Information Protection (AIP) *Collaboration tools such as MS teams, Onedrive and Sharepoint online *MS Defender ATP & Data Loss Protection (DLP). *Azure Active Directory and Azure AD connect
  • Good understanding on TCP/IP and DNS.
  • Strong experience with various SMTP mail hygiene products.
  • Strong experience on-premised Exchange 2013/2016/2019 Server
  • Working knowledge in PKI infrastructure
  • PowerShell scripting skills is added
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
