Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting up strategic direction for operation process that are robust and scalable to support customers and aligning to their policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of security services e.g., conducting of security incident investigations and remediation, managing of security products, tools, and systems.
  • Ensure that existing procedures are followed and that all procedures are documented in accordance with guidelines.
  • Lead the teams to work closely with partners, outsourced Managed Security Services providers to conduct initial triaging and analysis of security threats.
  • Strategic planning for investment and/or adoption of cybersecurity technologies to maximize effectiveness of cybersecurity controls against rapidly evolving threats.
  • Continue to Build, administer and fine-tune processes to ensure compliance
  • Provide oversight and responsible of all aspects of Cybersecurity service delivery operation.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge across a broad range of Cybersecurity tools and services
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Cybersecurity Security and 5 years in management role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Computing or related
  • Certified CISSP or CCSP or CISM certified will be an added advantage
