Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage cybersecurity tools including PAM, IAM, Microsegmentation etc.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of applications, infrastructure assets, workloads, users, and privileged accounts into relevant cybersecurity tools.
  • Support implementation, operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management of in scope cybersecurity technologies.
  • Manage micro-segmentation policies, including rule creation, tuning, enforcement, and least-privilege communication.
  • Support asset discovery, inventory validation, and alignment of asset data with security tools and CMDB requirements.
  • Work with SOC, infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams to improve security visibility, telemetry, and detection coverage.
  • Ensure cybersecurity tools are updated, patched, resilient, redundant, and aligned with operational requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to central security guidelines, internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable industry standards.
  • Support cybersecurity audits, compliance assessments, regulatory submissions, and internal GRC processes.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, metrics, and status updates on tool coverage, compliance posture, risks, and initiative progress.
  • Maintain security policies, procedures, SOPs, runbooks, technical documentation, and configuration records.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior team members and support resolution of delivery issues and escalations. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma with relevant experience in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field  
  • 5–8 years of experience in Tools administration, cybersecurity engineering, security operations.
  • Hands-on experience or working knowledge of security tools such as PAM, IAM, Segmentation tools, and firewalls.  
  • Good understanding of identity and access management, privileged access, asset discovery, network security, segmentation, vulnerability management, and security monitoring  
  • Good knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPNs, ports, protocols, and encryption.  
  • Good knowledge on Windows, Linux Administration.
  • Experience working in complex, regulated, or infrastructure-heavy environments.  
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Experience in Scripting and Automation.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, or automated workflows to improve operational efficiency and visibility
  • Relevant certifications (Security+, GIAC, CCNA/CCNP Security)  

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 year direct contract employment.
