Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and support to end users on workplace technologies.
- Manage and support end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support infrastructure and workplace technology projects, including device refresh initiatives, operating system upgrades, and digital workplace transformation programs.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Participate in technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and implementation activities.
- Develop and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and maintenance activities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate EUC solutions.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of end-user devices, including leasing, procurement, deployment, refresh, replacement, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and configuration records.
- Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for hardware acquisitions and warranty support.
- Administer endpoint management platforms such as:
a) Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
b) Microsoft Intune
c) Microsoft Endpoint Manager
d) Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
- Manage operating system deployments, software packaging, application distribution, and policy configurations.
- Monitor endpoint health and performance to improve user experience.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Maintain endpoint security controls, including antivirus, encryption, patch management, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support vulnerability remediation and security audits relating to endpoint devices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience / Diploma in Information Technology with 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration, VPN and remote access technologies and familiar with Device Imaging and OS Deployment, Mobile Device Management (MDM) and ITIL service management practices
- Knowledge and experience on Active Directory and Azure Active Directory and SCCM will be added advantage
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate/ Microsoft 365 Certified/ ITIL Foundation Certification will be preferred
