Responsibilities
Functional Analysis
- Work with clients to understand business processes and gather requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Support solution design by liaising between business users and technical teams.
- Perform gap analysis and propose enhancements or solutions.
- Create and maintain functional documentation.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on requirements.
- Conduct various types of testing: system, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression.
- Manage defect lifecycle: raise, track, and retest fixes.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and comply with quality standards.
- Collaborate with users to facilitate UAT and obtain sign-offs.
Project Delivery & Support
- Assist in deployment and post-go-live support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Provide input for effort estimation and timeline planning.
- Work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience

• Experience in a similar functional role
• Experience in SDLC, Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, or equivalent.
• Efficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint (e.g., executive-level presentation design).
