Responsibilities

Handle new and existing computers (PCs and laptops), including unboxing and packing. Add or remove inventory numbers for stock-taking and update records in the central database. Assist in removing hard disks from the chassis for data wiping and disposal as part of the write-off process.
Perform disk imaging/cloning of computers (PCs and laptops) and carry out Sysprep activities, including preparing PCs for redeployment.
Support other related manual handling and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

Minimum Nitec / Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics or a related discipline.
Basic knowledge of desktop PCs, laptops, computer hardware components and peripherals.
Familiarity with computer disk imaging, cloning is an advantage.
Able to perform basic hardware-related tasks, including dismantling computer chassis and removing hard disks for data wiping and disposal.
Comfortable with inventory management, stock-taking, asset tagging and updating records in computerised inventory systems.
Comfortable with hands-on work, including lifting, moving, unpacking and packing computers and IT equipment.

Shortlisted candidate will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
