Requirements
- Degree in Business Management/Marketing
- At least 1-3 year’s experience in customer facing roles such as tele-marketing, sales, business development, outreach, account and/or case management
- Ability to do presentation and able to articulate clearly to target audience
- Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work with different groups of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous in status tracking and confident in reporting statuses
- Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause analysis skills
- Quick learner who is able to cope in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in using MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
