Responsibilities

  • Perform recruitment process from sourcing, shortlisting, interviews and onboarding of new employee.
  • Ensured end to end recruitment process is carry our accordance to SOP.
  • Work closely with HODs on the manpower planning for the respective departments.
  • Implement recruitment strategies for respective departments to meet manpower needs.
  • Ensure efficient end-to-end process with on-boarding new hires and exit.
  • Work closely with department heads and provide manpower reporting analysis such as recruitment and attrition data.
  • Assist and provide advice to Department Heads on the processes and requirements of TPM cycle.
  • Provide TPM update to departments and outcome of calibration.
  • Engage both line managers and Department heads on a regular basis to understand and advise on the ground issue.
  • Provide solutions on issues raised from both line managers and Department heads and work with respective HR departments to provide solutions.
  • Provide guidance and assist Department Heads to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Work closely with TM & HODs to ensure that the Talent Identification programme.
  • Follow up on TI/SP review action item.
  • Planning on IDPs for Talents and follow up on the quality of the IDPs with HODs.
  • Plan and coordinate Engagement Sessions and follow up on matters arise.
  • Work closely with L&D course schedule and ad hoc courses nomination.
  • Plan, organise the non-cluster courses as aligned with business and cluster needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
  • Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
  • IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data
  • Organized, meticulous and proactive


Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 months agency contract employment.
