Requirements
- Relevant Diploma degree, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Meticulous in planning, strong coordination skills, good communication (written and spoken) and following through with actions and escalation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, ensuring that all responsibilities are completed efficiently without frequent supervision as well as an effective team player in complex organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to independently manage their responsibilities without needing constant oversight or reminders.
- Experience in office administration supporting multiple directors, project administration support function and calendar management.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency contract employment.
