Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with users to gather, analyse, and define detailed system requirements.
Liaise with suppliers and technology partners to design and deliver integrated, end-to-end infrastructure solutions.
Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects, including servers, network systems, and physical security components.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to servers, security systems, and network equipment to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, design specifications, and support procedures.
Work alongside project managers to ensure timely delivery of system milestones and adherence to project timelines.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by participating in project reviews and post-mortem analyses to identify lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in a systems or infrastructure-related role.
Solid understanding of system infrastructure technologies and platforms such as VxRail, VMware, Active Directory, firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Checkpoint), and networking equipment (e.g., Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent).
Good to have: Experience or certification in Cyber Security, including: Privileged Access Management (PAM), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), WSUS/RHEL Patch Management, Centralized Logging Systems (e.g., SIEM)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Familiarity with Oracle Database administration and support is an added advantage.

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
