Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive BPR strategy to align the client to map out Level 1 to 3 processes across Enterprise Risk Management (risk identification, risk aggregation, risk analysis, residual risk approval, risk monitoring).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and innovation.
2. Process Analysis and Assessment:
  • Guide client's teams to conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes (Level 1 to 5) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and best practices to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of current processes.
3. Redesign and Optimization:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the redesign of business processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
4. Change Management:
  • Guide the implementation change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes and ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
5. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with department heads, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless development and integration of reengineered processes.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to encourage ownership, input and feedback from various teams.
6. Performance Metrics and Monitoring:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and value outcomes to measure the success and impact of reengineered processes.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Computer Engineering
  • At least 5 years of relevant experiences in one or more of the following:
  1. Enterprise Risk Management 
  2. Business Process Documentation and Design
  3. Digitization and Process Improvement 
  • Good to have Skills: • ServiceNow GRC experience
