Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and participate for Sprint activities (e.g. Sprint refinement, Sprint planning, Product backlog grooming)
• Provide clarity on solutions (for DEV team) and document workflows using Unified Modeling Language (UML)
• Play an active role in all user requirements gathering and validation discussions
• Assess feasibility and manage changes of the recommended solution
• Perform a variety of operational support duties, including maintenance operations and troubleshooting activities
• Work with DEV team to ensure all deliverables are accurate and bugs/ issues free
• Work with Product Owner to manage the product backlog, to define user stories and acceptance criteria

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems/ Technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant work experience in business analysis
• Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Has good understanding of UML and Scrum methodology
• Team player with strong oragnisation and people handling skills
• Ability to draw diagrams (e.g. Use Cases, Work flows) using non-standard tools (e.g. MS PowerPoint)
• Has positive attitude toward working, learning new knowledge and willing to take up ad hoc tasks assigned by the team
• Either PMP or IIBA Certified in Scrum Master
• Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
• Experience in a project management role is an added advantage

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
