Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update bank mandates in accordance with the governance framework that is changed from time to time
  • Periodic review on eBanking entitlements to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain bank account registry for the Group entities
  • Account opening/closing and banking maintenance
  • KYC requests
  • Annual audit confirmation process
  • Ad-hoc banking requests from internal stakeholders, for e.g. legal entity name change process

Requirements

  • Good Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business or a related discipline with at least 1 year experience in the following:
  • Corporate Treasury function of a global MNC/large corporations, particularly the middle office Treasury functions
  • Working knowledge of e-banking platforms of large local and/or foreign banks will be advantageous
  • Integrity in adhering to established policies and procedures
  • Attention to details for output reliability
  • Adaptable to deliver on structured and ad-hoc responsibilities assigned
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills - able to engage both external and internal customers to generate desired deliverables
  • Able to work well under tight timelines
  • Good organizational skills, methodical working habits
