Responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing PMO day-to-day operations of project such as:
  • Assist the Project Manager in setting up and establishing management processes
  • Working with project management and client team on assigned recurring/adhoc tasks/requests
  • Work with finance teams on procurement, invoice processing, client billings, etc.
  • Resource management – on/offboarding, leave tracking
  • Ensure compliance for project
  • Service management reports or other required recurring status reports
  • Manage project site location office
  • Minute taking at client/internal meetings

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma holder with 1-2 years PMO experience
  • Ideally with Minutes taking experience
  • Good grasp of English, ability to understand tech-jargons across domains (not in-depth).
  • Good listening and minutes writing skills, able to follow in meetings and capturing key points and follow-up action items with the respective parties.
  • Process-oriented, with good documentation and collaboration skills.

Shortlisted candidates will be offered 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
