• Perform payroll administration and ensure that payroll is performed timely and accurately
  • Responsible for timely annual tax filing (including but not limited to IR21 and IR8A), CPF submission, NSmen make-up pay claims and any other statutory pay requirements
  • Ensure all monthly or adhoc payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system
  • Ensure all payments made are in compliance with company policies
  • Maintain supporting payroll documentation and authorizations for internal and external audit
  • Manage payroll related queries from employees and Finance
  • Prepare month-end closing and payroll reconciliation
  • Involve in staff welfare and benefits program and activities


  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Payroll
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act
  • Strong Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Meticulous and conscientious in handling confidential information
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
