Responsibilities

Primarily managing all matters and aspects pertaining to foreign workers for the company.

Employment Contract/Work Permit - Handle full cycle of FW employment comprising of onboarding, confirmation, renewal, resignation, repatriation, dismissal or termination and others relating matters. - Calculate and submit promptly for approval on monthly gratuity payment to FW derive from sign-on/anniversary of employment/completion of contract bonus, performance incentive and others.

Insurances and Levies - Manage all FW work-related insurances such work injury compensation. - Manage all FW medical insurances and claims. - Manage FW levies and MOM related matters.

Performance Appraisals & Management - Assist in full cycle of FW annual performance appraisal process - Administer all disciplinary cases and punishment on FW. - Compile and arrange meetings for departments and relevant parties to carry out investigations on legal or grievances, WICA cases relating to FW.

Administration and Welfare - Handle all administration and welfare matters on FW. - Facilitate internal and external audit check when requires. - Update and maintain FW data promptly in SAP system. - Perform requirement submissions to MOM online applications. - Establish good relationships with contractors to manage FW matters. - Prepare monthly HR reports timely.

COVID-19 Related Matters - Work together with contractors to ensure all FW fulfill MOM requirements and clearance for work on daily basis - Work with contractors to ensure all FW go for mandatory swab tests punctually - Work with Transportation Company to arrange buses to bring FW for swab tests - Ensure contractors submit for claims for MOM quarantine allowance scheme and all other subsidies/rebates/waivers of levy

Requirements

  • Experience in HR administration on foreign worker matters.
  • Familiar with MOM online application system relating to FW.
  • Preferably with some HR working experience
  • Good in Microsoft Excel and Words.
  • Experience in SAP HR system.
  • Able to work with tight timeline
  • Good time management and team player
