  • Reporting to the Director (Cloud Product Management & Partnerships) the person in this position will have direct responsibility for the solutions; inclusive of strategy, roadmaps, innovation, product development, sales enablement, trading performance, financial performance, continuous improvement, lifecycle management and customer experience for Public Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Will be responsible for the execution of the Strategic Collaborations, including development of Solutions Offerings, Design Documents, Delivery Kits, GTM, Capability & Practice development, progression through the Partner Tiers, Funding / Credits, and Financial Targets. Focus will primarily be for the Singapore Market but will be required to support the development of other selected territories over time.
  • Be the champion of solutions to differentiate our company from our competitors to facilitate grow revenue and improve margins, and will also be an advocate internally and foster strong working relationship with Sales, Sales Specialists, Solutions Architects, Delivery, as well as industry Partners to meeting practice objectives as set out in the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Shall possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision as well as the drive and attention to detail that transforms vision into a reality, engage with clients and other market representatives to understand their needs, and to develop differentiated solutions.
  • Shall define the requirements of Public Cloud Products and ensure Financial targets are met, such as Cloud Migrations (Windows and SQL), Landing Zone Design, Migration Assessment and Planning, Cost optimization, Cloud Security, Cloud Networking, Disaster Recovery, Managed Services, etc.

Other responsibilities include :

  • Drive product prioritization and detailed product and services definition
  • Define and execute a product roadmap with inputs from all stakeholders
  • Drive delivery of your products and features including all Product artefacts including the Product Definition, Sales Kits, BattleCards, Proposal Templates, SOWs, Delivery Kits, Reference Architectures, Websites and other collaterals
  • Working with other stakeholders including Architects, Transition, Delivery/Operations as well as Order management teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of the Products and services.
  • Ensuring accurate pricing / metering / billing.
  • Developing go-to-market strategies with Public Cloud Partners and Singtel Sales & Marketing teams
  • Assessing and Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by visits to/ engagement with customers and non-customers.
  • Performing sourcing, tender, negotiations, and contracting process with external vendors for development of products.
  • Drafting SOWs, and contracts T&Cs (usually with Legal/Contract Managers / Tax / Finance / Risk / Procurement / Engineering / Suppliers).
  • Building business case, modelling, definition, proposals, and approval papers for new products.
  • Providing support to Sales Specialists and Solutions Architects during customer engagement as the product expert.
  • Managing and providing specification for configuration of business support system, e.g. billing and quotation tool systems, provisioning forms, etc (supported by IS/IT).
  • Special Projects: lead key special projects, where required.

Ideal Candidate should possess

  • 7-10 years’ experience in business to business [B2B] product and solution management.
  • Requires experience in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, SaaS products, consulting and product management.
  • Experience in DevOps, Infrastructure as a Code, AIOps is desirable
  • 5+ years experience in product management and marketing with a focus on infrastructure software, monitoring and ITSM tools, virtualization, hypervisor, etc. desirable
  • Experience in product evaluation/assessment, best fit solution and making business case, business plans for new products.
  • Product roadmap and enablement experience, and working with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, HR, presales, etc.
  • Good commercial acumen, financial and operational judgment

  • Ability to determine, priorities and articulate business requirements
  • Process development and re-engineering
  • Understanding of customer value principles and the ability to create customer and internal documentation to support
  • Good market, competitive knowledge and insights
  • Experience in managing complex products/solutions and capability development projects
  • Understanding of Public Cloud, DevOps Tools and Cloud-Native technologies
  • Good understanding of Kubernetes, Containers or Microservices
  • Good understanding of SDLC and product management.
  • Experience in working in a large ICT organization


  • Technical proficiency and experience in AWS, Azure or GCP with a deep understanding of Enterprise Customer Requirements
