Responsibilities
- Manage the QA/ QC activities of assigned projects to ensure systems delivered meets the customer quality requirements
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of Projects work products to ensure finished product quality
- Conduct internal Quality Audits and other quality assurance activities
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Assist in drafting quality assurance policies and procedures
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Engineering
- Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
- Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
- Strong IT skills
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
