Responsibilities

  • Manage the QA/ QC activities of assigned projects to ensure systems delivered meets the customer quality requirements
  • Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of Projects work products to ensure finished product quality
  • Conduct internal Quality Audits and other quality assurance activities
  • Collect and compile statistical quality data
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
  • Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
  • Assist in drafting quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Engineering
  • Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
  • Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
  • Strong IT skills
  • Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
