- Tracks, forecasts & achieve segment and clients account sales metrics
- Point of contact for assigned segment and client accounts
- Develop and maintain long term business relationship with assigned industry, segment and clients.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery and other internal teams to achieve segment and customer satisfaction in the entire Order-To-Cash journey of projects.
- Develop strategic plans to grow Digital Business in assigned segment, increasing walletshare of existing clients and acquisition of new clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Business-related field
- At least 5 years of working experience in the tender submission process and proven track record in the Public sectors
- Possesses more than 5 years of experiences in services selling and business development of IT Services/ Solutions especially CRM, Turnkey Application in medium and large scale project for the Government sector, with proven sales track records
- Experience in IT Services for Digital and Applications Services
- Cross-industry experience in the public and private sectors, such as Healthcare, Transportation, Retail or Hospitality, is preferred
- Knowledge of latest digital technology and methodology, such as CX CRM, AMS, Agile/Waterfall hybrid development, Wireframing, UI/UX, App/IT modernization, Cross platforms app developments, Automation App, Rapid Proto-typing, Security-By-Design, will be added advantage
