Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the office administrative function – order stationery, postage management, distribution of letters etc
  • Responsible for PPE management such as safety shoes and uniforms
  • Responsible for new hires safety shoes and uniforms distribution
  • Responsible for Inventory management and pantry food/drinks management
  • Responsible for Car park management

Requirements

  • GCE O level and above or equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in admin function
  • Experience in office admin, uniform and safety shoes management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and admin software

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
