Responsibilities
- Responsible for the office administrative function – order stationery, postage management, distribution of letters etc
- Responsible for PPE management such as safety shoes and uniforms
- Responsible for new hires safety shoes and uniforms distribution
- Responsible for Inventory management and pantry food/drinks management
- Responsible for Car park management
Requirements
- GCE O level and above or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in admin function
- Experience in office admin, uniform and safety shoes management
- Proficiency in MS Office and admin software
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
