Responsibilities
- Planning and undertaking scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
- Develop and enhance Preventive Maintenance Equipment checklists for Enterprise Network, Server, Storage and UPS System
- Perform the preventive maintenance by following PM checklist for functional checks, health checks at Client's premise
- Perform basic equipment break-fix during preventive maintenance windows, if required
- Perform vulnerabilities equipment patching activities, if required
- Carry out basic troubleshooting, minor repair for IT enterprise products
- Prepare preventive maintenance documentation for submission
- Ability to engage the external stakeholders to resolve site issues
- Records and report equipment failure discovered during the preventive maintenance cycle
Requirements
- ITE / Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent
- Experience in preventive maintenance in IT environment
- Experience in enterprise networking, server and storage equipment would be added advantage
- Knowledge of structured cabling preferred
- Good team player, positive & willing to learn attitude
- Able to work independently in a secured environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Good communication with good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio
- Able to work flexible hours especially during after-office hour for scheduled maintenance windows, if required
