Responsibilities

  • New hires onboarding program: Maintain p-files, policies, employee handbook, and other HR documents
  • Offboarding process: Support manager & employee on the exit process, exit interview/exit clearance.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma holder in HR / Business Administration
  • At least 1 year of HR work experience
  • Knowledge of maintenance of employee master data
  • Work pass application and renewal
  • Experience of SAP/Success Factor knowledge will be an added advantage

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency contract employment.
