Responsibilities

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
Repairing equipment and replacing parts
Managing inventory records of hardware, equipment, software
Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
Trouble shooting PC Hardware, Notebook, PDA, Printer/Print Server, MS Win 2K-Vista, Internet Browser, Standard Microsoft, Lotus Notes Client and other in-house application problems.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Electronics / IT or equivalent.
Have 1 -2 yeas of relevant experience in supporting PC/Network Hardware, Network, Printer
Field Engineers are expected to be able to interact well with users and work co-operatively with IT colleagues in other disciplines to successfully support end-users.
