Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
Coordinate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Support project governance, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Manage vendors, project financials, and resource utilization

Requirements

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
Proven experience delivering technology, digital transformation related projects.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, or compliance requirements
