Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the construction, testing, installation, operating & facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs & service levels
  • Ensure the full interoperability of the devices into the existing system to support end-to-end maintenance to facilitate smooth operations in the respective training institutes
  • Installation and daily operations support for facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs & service levels
  • Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems, service request related to client platforms
  • Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties
  • Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties
  • Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project

Requirements

  • Diploma / certification in Information Systems or related field
  • Having 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT Support
  • Proficient and familiar with Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, Microsoft Power BI, Window Powershell
  • Troubleshooting issue on Desktop, Laptops, multi-function devices. Mobile devices
  • Having a passion for customer service and proactive in rectifying issues
