Responsibilities

  • Developing and preparing communication materials and ensuring effective dissemination of information related to organizational changes. 
  • This role is crucial for facilitating smooth transitions and promoting a positive response to change within the organization. 
  • Create and deliver engaging communication materials, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and intranet content. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather relevant information and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. 
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust, as necessary.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing with more than 3 years of relevant experiences
  • Experienced in the following:
  1. Communications / Media / Video development 
  2. Content curation – ability to curate content, storyboard 
  3. Change Management Communications – ability to understand from a user-perspective to help frame communications / media / video more effectively
