Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, moves, changes, upgrades, decommissioning, configuration, testing, firmware upgrade and other planned requests on end user device.
  • Perform first and second level support for applications. 
  • Troubleshooting and resolving IT related incidents.
  • Diagnose Win 10, 11 issues.
  • M365, Azure AD administration.
  • Google account creation.
  • Constantly communicate with client the status of the IT related incidents.
  • Assist procurement for corporate laptop, docking station and monitor.
  • Third party vendor escalation for Dell hardware, Xerox printer issues.
  • Singtel helpdesk escalation for Google, O365 backend issues (includes email routing and TXT record)
  • Escorting vendors to Server room.
  • IT Audit & Hardware asset management.
  • Perform other task that may be assigned by Customer and fulfil customer expectation.

Requirements

  • Tertiary in Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science or other relevant disciplines. 
  • 2 - 4 years IT Outsourcing experiences
  • Possess knowledge in Asset Management. 
  • Knowledge/provisioning /profile administration on Active Directory, MS Teams
  • Strong customer service focus. 
    Basic 1st Level troubleshooting:
      - Applications
      - MS Office (including Outlook & OWA / O365)
      - Google mail 
      - Azure
  • Escalation to vendors for Hardware issues 
  • Self-motivated and pro-active in resolving issues. Effective interpersonal skills, both written and oral. Good analytical and problem solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems or escalations. 
  • Initiative, proactive-ness attributes is desire. 
  • Willing to learn new skills.
