Responsibilities
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective on boarding plans
- Handle PIP process with project team
- Assist in performance/appraisal management processes
- Assist in Probation review, Exit Interview and Contract Renewal process
- Liaise with agency on CVs, interview arrangement, offer package, contract renewal etc.
- Engage new agency from recruitment
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science/ Bachelor in business administration, social studies or Diploma holder with 2-3 years HR experience
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 year Agency Contract employment.
