Responsibilities

  • Set project management framework
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert on project management by defining framework, templates, tools and systems to deliver on cost, time and quality metrics
  • Drive organisational capability to effectively apply the project management framework
  • Develop a system to measure conformance to the application of project management framework and take corrective actions, as necessary Oversee project planning
  • Review the integrated project plan to ensure the delivery of time, cost and quality metrics across the project
  • Set expectations for periodic and milestone reviews including status reports, project risk identification and other dashboards
  • Oversee project implementation

  • Guide team to develop corrective actions, as needed
  • Oversee department management including budgets, forecasting, work allocations and staffing
  • Develop staff through ongoing coaching, mentoring and career discussions
  • Define common goals, direction and accountability among staff
  • Drive effective performance management practices within department in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • At least 10 experience in Project Manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field study
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent leadership ability
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business need
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment
  • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
  • Proven Ability on budgeting, delivery on time and on target
