Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the administration of SuccessFactor Learning Management System
  • Managing the enrolment of all external programmes which include registration, payment of invoices via KOFAX,
  • updating of learning records, following up on evaluation submission, etc
  • Support in the implementation of approved training plan
  • Source for training vendors and coordinate with training vendors on course registration and payment
  • Manage the L&D grant administration which includes applying for grants under SSG, WTU, CITREP etc and provide
  • documents for grant submission or audit checks
  • Manage sponsorship, prepare LOU/ bond and compute liquidated damages (when required)
  • Maintenance of learning records and support LOB in training audits (e.g ISO)/ statutory surveys from government (e.g. MOM Surveys)
  • Attend to employees’ enquiries on learning matters
  • Any other adhoc projects/ tasks assigned

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma holder with 1 Year HR experience
  • Team player and is self-motivated to work independently
  • Positive attitude with service oriented mindset
  • Meticulous with effective follow up skills
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications such as Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc)- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System would be advantageous

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year agency contract or Permanent employment.
