Responsibilities

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills.
You will take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
Provide advanced guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and delivery excellence.
Shape delivery approaches and outcomes by anticipating challenges and implementing proactive solutions.
Engage with stakeholders across functions to influence decisions and elevate service quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Champion collaboration across teams to foster innovation and achieve shared goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
10+ years of IT Service delivery experience
Strong end-to-end delivery and implementation background
Expert proficiency in Account Delivery Management is required.
Expert proficiency in Estimation and Planning is recommended.
Expert proficiency in Business Operation Management and Work Management is suggested.

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment
