Responsibilities

Support project planning, implementation, migration, and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Prepare technical reports, design documents, risk assessments, and project deliverables.
Provide technical support, training, and knowledge transfer to users and maintenance teams.
Support development and integration of mobile credential solutions and digital access cards.
Manage web-based administration portals and user management systems.
Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of mobile and web applications related to access management.
Support API integrations between ACS and enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot application performance, authentication, and connectivity issues.
Coordinate application upgrades, patches, and security enhancements.
Participate in after-hours support activities when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in IT systems delivery projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic capability.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency employment contract.
