Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field
- At least 6 – 7 years of experience in system and/or technical analysis in the banking industry.
- Hands-on experience in functional specification, and technical design specification preparation.
- Experience in Full-Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) cycle, with medium to large- scale live system implementation.
- Strong verbal and writing skills; ability to thoroughly understand product specifications, and ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
- Strong vendor management.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project planning and managing small-scale teams will be preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of Cross-Border Payments and Reporting Plus (CBPR+) standards and payment messaging.
- Familiarity with MEPS+ (MAS Electronic Payment System) and domestic payment processing.
- Understanding of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX message formats, including message mapping, migration, and payment flows.
- Experience in payment systems, financial messaging, or banking transformation projects related to cross-border and domestic payments.
- Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements associated with payment messaging standards and financial institutions.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience and knowledge in Java, Spring Framework, SpringBoot, Java libraries, and Oracle DB.
