Responsibilities

Design, development, enhancement, and support of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors-related custom developments
Develop and enhance Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW objects)
Strong knowledge of SAP HCM data structures and Infotypes
Experience with payroll-related developments and reporting
Experience integrating SAP S4/HANA with SAP SuccessFactors
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects
Familiarity with HR data migration tools and methodologies
Strong expertise in BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, IDocs, RFCs, ALE"

Requirements

Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology etc
More than 6 years relevant working experiences
Possess strong SAP HCM technical development skills, ability to develop HR-related ABAP objects for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors and Payroll
