Responsibilities

Operate and continuously improve company's Azure- based SaaS platforms to meet SLAs and support growth.
Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure, including incident response and on-call participation.
Improve reliability through monitoring, alerting, and proactive performance management.
Work closely with engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes.
Maintain runbooks, operational standards, and support mentoring across teams.

Requirements

Bachelor in Computer Science with 3 years experience in Azure cloud
Experience operating and supporting SaaS platforms in Microsoft Azure.
Experience operating and troubleshooting IIS with .NET applications.
Experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL Managed Instance.
Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and tracing (Datadog experience is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills during incidents.
Experience with Kubernetes, containerisation, and supporting tools.
Collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
Good to have experience in Scripting or automation skills (C# is a plus), experience with Remote Desktop Architecture, basic Linux experience
Security-focused engineering or compliance experience.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, particularly Terraform.
Customer-facing incident communication experience.
