Unified Communications and Access Surveillance Support Engineer
Administer and update direct inward dialling records and manage related telephony requirements.
Perform installation, relocation, decommissioning, and return material processing for voice and video hardware.
Manage equipment logistics, including receiving, unboxing, storage, and inventory control.
Provide onsite support for video conferencing systems, desk phones, and emergency wall-mounted communication units.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and support end-to-end asset creation processes.
Coordinate and escort voice and video service providers during onsite works.
Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support, diagnostics, and incident resolution for communications services.
Deliver technical setup and live support for major events, live streams, and high-level virtual meetings, including audio, mixer, and camera configuration.
Manage security system support in accordance with established service levels.
Monitor system performance and implement optimisation or corrective action where required.
Troubleshoot hardware and system issues related to physical security infrastructure.
Coordinate with IT, security, facilities, and external vendors on implementations and network-related requirements.
Support pilot activities, migration work, and deployment of access surveillance solutions.
Develop operational guidelines and provide training for users and support staff.
Assist with regional setup and administration activities for security operations.
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 to 4 years relevant working experiences in Unified Communications
