Responsibilities

  • Administer and update direct inward dialling records and manage related telephony requirements.
  • Perform installation, relocation, decommissioning, and return material processing for voice and video hardware.
  • Manage equipment logistics, including receiving, unboxing, storage, and inventory control.
  • Provide onsite support for video conferencing systems, desk phones, and emergency wall-mounted communication units.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and support end-to-end asset creation processes.
  • Coordinate and escort voice and video service providers during onsite works.
  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support, diagnostics, and incident resolution for communications services.
  • Deliver technical setup and live support for major events, live streams, and high-level virtual meetings, including audio, mixer, and camera configuration.
  • Manage security system support in accordance with established service levels.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimisation or corrective action where required.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and system issues related to physical security infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with IT, security, facilities, and external vendors on implementations and network-related requirements.
  • Support pilot activities, migration work, and deployment of access surveillance solutions.
  • Develop operational guidelines and provide training for users and support staff.
  • Assist with regional setup and administration activities for security operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent 
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years relevant working experiences in Unified Communications
