Responsibilities
1. Positioning, Messaging & Value Proposition
- Translate complex technical features (e.g., multi-LLM orchestration, token rate limiting, cost auditing, caching, and security) into clear, high-impact value propositions.
- Tailor dual-track messaging matrices for our distinct target audiences:
i) Enterprise/B2B: Focus on cost optimisation (FinOps), resource governance, security, and ROI for CIOs, CTOs, and IT departments.
ii) Developers/Startups (B2D): Focus on ease of integration, developer experience (DX), flexibility, and cost efficiency.
2. Product-Led Growth (PLG) & GTM Execution
- Own and execute end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for product launches, feature updates, and ;er upgrades in international markets.
- Website Ownership & Conversion Optimization: Lead the design, front-end development (via Webflow, WordPress, or similar low-code tools), and continuous maintenance of the company's official website. Optimise landing pages, SEO, and copywriting to improve the self-serve visitor-to-signup conversion rate.
- Optimise the self-serve user journey (from sign-up to activation and subscription) by analysing user behaviour and collaborating with Product and Growth teams.
- Event Marketing & Brand Amplification: Research and evaluate global industry exhibitions, tech conferences, and developer meetups. Mobilise internal and external resources to selectively participate in or host events, driving brand awareness and product adoption among CIOs and developers.
- Launch and promote the platform across global developer ecosystems and launchpads (e.g., Product Hunt, GitHub, Discord, Hacker News, and technical forums).
3. Technical Content Creation & Community Engagement
- Author high-quality English marketing assets, including website copy, self- serve onboarding guides, product documentation, interactive video demos, and ROI/cost-savings calculators.
- Engage with the global AI developer community, act as a product evangelist, and gather user feedback to foster community-driven growth.
4. Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence
- Continuously monitor the global LLM ecosystem, API gateway market, and AI infrastructure trends.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market gaps and provide data-driven feedback to the Product team to guide the product roadmap.
