Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analysing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will evaluate the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and business solutions.
  • Researching, gathering, and synthesising information to support decision-making.
  • Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of your role.
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
  • Support the integration of business processes with technology solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to influence strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
  • Strong domain expertise in areas such as Wealth Management/Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments/Capital Markets, or Digital Banking .
  • Technical Skills
  • Experience with banking and investment platforms including Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments .
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to facilitate workshops and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments

Requirements are that all candidates must have either:
1) Banking / Wealth Management business experience.
2) Avaloq functional and/or technical experience

Shortlisted candidate will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
