Responsibilities

  • As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will evaluate the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and business solutions.
  • Your role involves researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to support decision-making.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of your role.
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
  • Support the integration of business processes with technology solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to influence strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Avaloq business analysis and technical experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
