Responsibilities

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Java is required.
Additionally, beginner proficiency in Application Remediation, intermediate proficiency in JavaScript, .NET Core, and .NET Entity Framework is recommended.
Analyze and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance of business systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Document findings and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application support.
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or related studies
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experiences
Strong proficiency in Java programming languages.
Hands-on experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Spring Boot frameworks.
Experience in database management using Microsoft SQL Server and Entity Framework Code-First approach.
Proven ability to manage application deployments using Docker and AWS.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and testing methodologies.

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment
