Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting/updating the Cutover Plan Level 1 (Cutover Sequence document) for Rollout entity
  • Assist in drafting/updating/ tracking for Cutover Master Plan (Level 2, Level 3) that documents all pre-cutover activities
  • Assist in drafting/updating the Cutover Night activities documentation
  • Accountable to track (in roster shift) Cutover Night activities and updated status
  • Assist in developing Cutover Night roster plan
  • Accountable for identified pre-cutover activities, i.e. Data Collection Template (DCT) collection, Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) execution, Revalidation (RVE) testing co-ordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant working experiences

Must Have Skills:
  • Exposure to end-to-end project implementation, with preference on SAP implementation
  • Exposure to PMO or Deployment related activities
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
