Responsibilities
Windows Patching & Endpoint Support
- Assist in deploying Windows OS and security patches to end‑user desktops and laptops.
- Perform basic pre‑patch and post‑patch checks to ensure system stability and availability.
- Provide first‑level support for common issues arising from Windows updates or patch deployments.
- Update patching status, logs, and tracking records as required.
IT Store & Asset Support
- Support daily IT store operations, including receiving, issuing, and returning IT equipment.
- Assist with device preparation activities such as:
a) Imaging and basic configuration
b) Asset tagging and labelling
c) Packing and preparation for deployment
- Maintain basic asset movement records where required.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows update / patching concepts.
- Prior exposure to Windows OS support or IT support roles is an advantage.
- Able to follow documented procedures and work with tracking sheets.
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 months agency contract employment.
