Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities (80%)
1. Strategic Procurement
  • Lead comprehensive stakeholder engagement with user departments to drive strategic specification and requirements gathering for F&E procurement initiatives.
  • Ensure procurement excellence through rigorous end-to-end process compliance with organisational procurement policies and best practices.
  • Manage strategic sourcing initiatives for services and non-medical equipment categories, driving value optimisation and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver contract establishment excellence within defined timelines to ensure seamless continuity of critical products and services.
  • Serve as procurement lead, providing expert guidance to evaluation committees for comprehensive assessment of vendor, supplier, and contractor proposals.
  • Create procurement value, leveraging negotiation expertise, product standardisation, and innovative sourcing methods.
2. Programme Office
  • Provide executive secretariat services including strategic meeting planning, comprehensive administrative coordination, meticulous record management, presentation development, and seamless meeting facilitation.
3. Digital Transformation
  • Provide strategic administrative support to accelerate AI and digital tool adoption, facilitating the establishment of digital-as-default working methodologies
 
Secondary Responsibilities (20%)
  • Support special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and cross-functional expertise.
  • Deliver executive administrative excellence and strategic support to the Operations Head as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation standards and robust record-keeping systems to support project validation and organisational accountability.
  • Prepare executive-level documentation and strategic papers for senior management approval and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Project management skills with prior procurement experience
  • Experience with large-scale capital procurement projects (advantage)
  • Organised and highly meticulous.
  • Resourceful with high level of initiative.
  • Team-player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work well within timelines.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Digital-savvy and adaptable to new technologies
