Responsibilities

Manage and support cloud infrastructure to ensure system availability, performance, and security across environments.
Monitor cloud resources, logs, and alerts; troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
Perform BAU operations including service requests, patching, configuration, change management, and routine maintenance.
Support infrastructure provisioning and automation
Assist in CI/CD pipeline operations and deployment support for cloud platforms.
Prepare operational reports and support audit, compliance, and security requirements.

Requirements

Min. 3 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Operations
Good understanding of AWS / Azure services
Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, scripting).
Familiarity with change management, patch management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Strong troubleshooting skills across compute, networking, and storage layers.

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
