Responsibilities

  • Partner with the leadership team to support business needs
  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to business leaders, managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices, including employee relations, performance management and development
  • Collaborate and coordinate with HR Centre of Excellence (COEs) in implementing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle such as recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation reviews, and offboarding
  • Support organizational development and transformational strategies including change management, conflict resolution, teambuilding, coaching, Employee Engagement Survey and/or other necessary strategies
  • Support Workforce planning and Talent succession planning – including headcount tracking and manpower forecasting 
  • Use HR data and metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decisions. Prepare regular reports and dashboards on workforce metrics, attrition, engagement, and other key indicators
  • Budgeting exercise for Line of Business
  • Claims or grant submissions 
  • Government surveys - NWC and MOM statistics
  • E-billing

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a related discipline with 7 to 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and demonstrated ability to provide HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data, metrics and reporting tools
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
