Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a related discipline with 7 to 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and demonstrated ability to provide HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organisational skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data, metrics and reporting tools
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
